Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced S/4HANA PP/QM professional to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP solutions in the manufacturing and quality processes.The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules within the S/4HANA environment.Key Responsibilities:Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.Configuration Expertise: Configure PP processes such as Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and QM processes like Quality Planning, Inspection, and Notifications.Process Mapping: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and map business processes to SAP S/4HANA functionalities, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.Integration: Ensure seamless integration of PP/QM modules with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, and FICO.Data Migration: Support data migration activities, including master data setup (materials, BOMs, routings, inspection plans) and transactional data.Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure system reliability and performance.Training and Support: Provide end-user training, create documentation (functional specifications, configuration documents, user manuals), and offer post-go-live support.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging S/4HANA innovations like embedded analytics and Fiori apps.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PP/QM processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
