The Role of a Fusion HCM SpecialistFusion HCM Specialists provide critical expertise in HR management systems. Their key responsibilities include ensuring the effective operation of Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, and HR Help Desk modules.A successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM and hands-on knowledge of Fusion along with exposure to EBS. They should possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
