About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a US IT Marketer/Bench Sales Marketer.The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively marketing available consultants to US clients and vendors, building targeted hotlists and weekly mailers, maintaining a live vendor network, and responding to requisitions promptly.Key responsibilities include:Market available consultants to US clients and vendors.Build targeted hotlists and weekly mailers.Maintain a live vendor network and respond to requisitions quickly.Screen candidates for fit and authorization, validate skills, prepare for interviews, and manage submissions with clear write-ups.Keep ATS/CRM updated and ensure documentation is complete.Own weekly dashboards and report on submittals, interviews, offers, starts, cycle time, and win rate.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in US IT staffing/bench sales/candidate marketing. They must also have a proven track record of building and maintaining a vendor network, and be fluent in US tax terms and work authorizations.In addition, they should have hands-on experience with Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and at least one ATS, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong negotiation abilities.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
