Our organization is seeking an experienced Workato expert to fill a Senior Engineer position.This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable automation solutions using Workato.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in workflow automation, data manipulation, change management, and integration development across various enterprise applications.The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage deployment lifecycles and version control.They will also ensure compliance with security and governance policies in integration development.We are looking for someone with hands-on experience integrating with SaaS-based applications like Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Google Workspace, NetSuite.Proficiency in data transformation, JSON/XML processing, and scripting (JavaScript, Python, SQL, or Ruby) is also required.The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and IT to understand automation needs.They will provide training and guidance to junior engineers on Workato best practices and stay updated with the latest features and industry best practices.A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 4-6 years of experience in Workato are necessary qualifications for this role.Additionally, we require expertise in API integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows as well as experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing integrations for performance.Security best practices and knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, SAML, etc.) are also essential.As a key member of our team, the selected candidate will contribute to enhancing automation strategies and ensuring seamless integration with various systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy scalable Workato integrations and automation solutions.Implement and manage Workato recipes, connectors, and APIs to integrate various SaaS-based applications.Develop custom Workato connectors where necessary to support integration needs.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong expertise in API integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows.Hands-on experience integrating with SaaS-based applications like Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Google Workspace, NetSuite.Proficiency in data transformation, JSON/XML processing, and scripting (JavaScript, Python, SQL, or Ruby).Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing integrations for performance.Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, SAML, etc.) and security best practices.Preferred SkillsWorkato Automation Pro certification is a plus.Familiarity with AI-powered automation, chatbot integrations, or RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.).BenefitsAs a member of our team, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development.We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment with talented professionals.Our organization is committed to innovation and excellence in all aspects of our work.
