About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Integration Expert to lead the development, integration, and optimization of solutions across Meta platforms — Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta APIs, automation workflows, bot integrations, and SMS template creation & approval to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate and manage Meta APIs (Facebook Graph API, Instagram Graph API, WhatsApp Business API)
  • Develop and maintain Meta Bots for customer interaction, lead qualification, and support.
  • Configure and optimize Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and audience targeting.
  • Create, submit, and manage SMS templates for marketing and transactional communication, ensuring approval compliance with telecom regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to automate lead capture and data flow into CRM/ERP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Meta platform policies, telecom norms, and data privacy regulations.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain documentation for workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Meta API architecture and Webhook integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with bot platforms (ManyChat, Dialogflow, Botpress, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar backend technologies for API development.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deployment and scaling.
  • Experience in SMS gateway integration and template approval processes (DLT).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, communication, or marketing automation sectors.
  • Knowledge of payment gateway integration within Meta platforms.
  • Certifications in Meta Blueprint or related technologies.
