Our SaaS product, Hire2Retire, is a lightweight IGA solution that automates employee lifecycle management across systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, and Google Directory.Position: Quality AnalystLocation: Jaipur (Rajasthan)Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe're looking a motivated and experienced Quality Analyst Automation Engineer to join our growing team. You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery of new features and integrations for our API and data platforms. This role involves managing requirements, validating features, supporting UAT, and ensuring a smooth product experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into detailed test cases, user stories, specifications, and workflows.Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web applications and API testing.While the primary focus of the role is on automation, you may also need to be involved in manual testing for complex or edge-case scenarios as needed.Continuously improve the automation framework by adopting new tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance test coverage and efficiency.Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and validate product features within Jira.Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout development and testing phases to identify and resolve issues early.Track and manage feature development and defect backlogs to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.Support Agile teams by actively participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesRequired:2–5 years of experience in QA automation or software testing.Hands-on experience with one or more automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).Strong skills in any of the programming/scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java).Experience working with automated test frameworks and contributing to their maintenance or improvement.Solid understanding of testing types: functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Nice to Have:Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or RestAssured.Knowledge of BDD/TDD methodologies and tools (e.g., Cucumber, Gherkin).Exposure to JMeter or any other performance tool
