As the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, this role ensures that all media strategies align with the client's objectives, ultimately delivering measurable results. You will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing digital campaigns, ensuring that they reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.This role matters because:Client Success: You will be directly responsible for ensuring the success of our clients' media campaigns.Growth Strategy: Your role will help define and execute media strategies that drive growth and build long-term relationships with clients.Optimization: You'll monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, continually refining strategies for better performance.Your work will have a direct impact on the success of the brands we serve, and you will be a key contributor to their digital marketing journey.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on media objectives.Understand client needs and challenges, developing tailored media strategies that meet their business goals.Regularly present campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients, maintaining strong relationships.Media Strategy & Campaign ManagementDevelop and implement comprehensive media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.Work with internal teams to craft and execute campaigns, ensuring that they align with the brand's overall marketing objectives.Continuously monitor media campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance and ROI.Reporting & AnalysisTrack key performance metrics (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and others to assess the success of campaigns.Provide clients with regular campaign performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.Conduct in-depth analysis to derive insights from campaign data, adjusting strategies to improve performance.Collaboration & CoordinationCollaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of media strategies.Coordinate with vendors and media platforms to ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget.Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic meetings to develop new and innovative media solutions.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in media planning, buying, or account management, particularly in digital advertising and e-commerce.Strong understanding of media buying platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing tools.Experience in developing and executing multi-channel digital media strategies.Ability to interpret and analyze campaign data, making informed decisions to optimize performance.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage client relationships and present strategic insights.Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Comfortable working in a remote environment, with a high level of independence and self-motivation.Preferred Experience(Not mandatory, but would be an advantage)Experience in programmatic media buying, display advertising, and video advertising.Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms for tracking and analyzing campaign data.Background in e-commerce marketing and knowledge of customer acquisition strategies.Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar digital marketing platforms.Experience with email marketing, CRM platforms, or SEO is a plus.Benefits & Working CultureAt American Giant Premium, we are committed to fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration.
