We are looking for a Video & Graphic Designer with a strong AI-first mindset to create high-impact visual content across digital platforms. This role goes beyond traditional design—leveraging AI tools, automation, and emerging creative technologies to produce videos, motion graphics, illustrations, and static visuals efficiently and at scale.You will work closely with marketing, branding, product, and leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo & Motion DesignCreate short-form and long-form videos for:Marketing campaignsSocial media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X)Product explainers, demos, and integrationsEvent promos and brand filmsDesign motion graphics, animated charts, and UI-based visualsEdit footage, screen captures, and AI-generated clips into polished narrativesAI-Driven Creative WorkActively use AI tools to accelerate and enhance creative output, such as:AI video generation & enhancementAI image creation, manipulation, and upscalingAI-assisted motion, background generation, and compositingExperiment with new AI workflows to improve speed, quality, and scalabilityCombine human creativity with AI precision—not replace itGraphic & Visual DesignDesign high-quality static creatives:Social media postsWebsite visualsPresentation decksEvent and booth graphicsMaintain brand consistency across all outputsTranslate complex ideas into clean, visually engaging layoutsCreative CollaborationCollaborate with creative directors, marketers, and stakeholdersTake briefs from concept to final delivery with minimal supervisionProactively suggest visual ideas, formats, and improvementsRequired Skills & QualificationsDesign & Video SkillsStrong proficiency in tools such as:Adobe After Effects, Premiere ProPhotoshop, IllustratorSolid understanding of:TypographyColor theoryMotion principlesVisual storytellingAI & Emerging Tools (Must-Have)Hands-on experience with AI tools such as:AI video generators/editorsAI image tools (prompt-based and edit-based)AI upscaling, background removal, object replacement, etc.Comfortable experimenting with new tools and workflowsAbility to balance AI speed with design qualitySoft SkillsStrong visual judgment and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and tight timelinesCuriosity and willingness to continuously learnClear communication and openness to feedbackGood to HaveExperience creating content for SaaS, tech, fintech, or B2B brandsKnowledge of social-media-first video formats and trendsExperience with generative AI prompts and creative pipelinesBasic understanding of 3D, Lottie, or interactive mediaWhat Success Looks LikeFaster creative turnaround without compromising qualityVisually strong, consistent, and modern brand outputSmart use of AI to enhance—not shortcut—creativityProactive creative contributions beyond assigned tasks
