Title: Senior Business Analyst (Video)Type: PermanentRegion: IndiaLocation: NoidaAbout the Role:We are currently seeking an energetic, ambitious, and motivated Business Analyst to join our team, considering Senior level role. We require someone with a background in the media/video/OTT industry, and experience working closely with cross-functional teams such as developers, designers, and test team members. This is a client facing role, so you will need to have excellent stakeholder manager skills, working with people remotely across the globe. We require someone with a keen eye for detail, technical curiosity, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:Independently, gather, analyse, document, review, and track requirements and user storiesUndertake gap analysis and maintain gap listWrite, review, and maintain technical and functional documentationWrite and review product change specificationsDevelop, review and document business processesFacilitate and document business process reviewsBuild and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholdersEffectively communicate with business and technical stakeholdersAct as liaison between customer/business and technical teamsPresent proposed solutions internally and externally when requiredSupport the Quality Assurance team to ensure high quality of deliveriesBe actively involved in presales activities when requiredRequired Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar BA role in software development or IT consulting environmentDemonstrate strong knowledge of the SDLC with good understanding of application development, systems, and design as well as business analysis and methodologiesGherkin experience is mustAbility to multi-task and effectively manage time and stress levelsAdvanced level skills in MS OfficeBe flexible, proactive, solution oriented and have strong relationship skillsAbility to learn quickly commercial and practical approachPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDeep attention to detailsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to effectively tailor communications to a diverse range of business and technical stakeholdersAbility to work well under pressure to provide timely and accurate solutions to business opportunities and challengesTertiary qualification in IT or Computer ScienceAbout OvyoOvyo works globally with companies in the TV & Media industries including some of the top household brands.
