Job Role:Dental Insurance Claims SpecialistWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized professional to join our dental practice team as a Dental Insurance Claims Specialist. This role is responsible for the timely submission of dental insurance claims, tracking payments, following up on outstanding balances, and ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable.Key Responsibilities:Verify Insurance Eligibility: Verify insurance eligibility and dental benefits for new and existing patients via phone calls, payer websites, or electronic verification tools.Process Insurance Claims: Verify coverage details, including plan effective dates, frequency limitations, waiting periods, annual maximums, deductibles, co-pays, and non-covered services.Document Verified Information: Document all verified information accurately and timely in the dental management system.Communicate with Insurance Companies: Contact insurance companies directly for clarifications on ambiguous or missing information.Escalate Issues: Identify and escalate issues such as inactive policies, coverage lapses, or unclear benefit rules to the appropriate team.Support Treatment Planning: Communicate benefit details to front office or treatment coordinators to support accurate treatment planning and financial estimates.Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.Meet Productivity Goals: Meet or exceed daily productivity goals and accuracy standards.Ensure Accurate Insurance Information: Support claim submission and billing teams by ensuring that verified insurance information is complete and up-to-date.Requirements:Proven Experience: Proven experience of at least 2 years with insurance verification.Technical Skills: Experience with dental management software.Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and numbers.Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Independent Work: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Language Proficiency: Full English proficiency.Computer Skills: Microsoft Office skills and proficiency with G-suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc); High-speed Internet, PC with two screens, headset, and a webcam.Benefits:Competitive Hourly Rate: Overall compensation = U$D 3 per hour.: 8 hours of services provided between 8am to 5pm EST.: Full-time position of 40 hours per week plus.: Convenient remote work opportunity.: Opportunities to learn new skills from our team of experienced professionals.: If you're ready to take your career to the next level and gain valuable experience, apply today.
