The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and implement effective HR strategies aligned with company goals. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance with employment regulations, and the development of training and benefits programs. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.Role OverviewThe HR Team Lead will support HR strategy and operations with a strong focus on handling ateam and driving recruitment success. This role requires someone who can lead, coordinateprocesses, manage employee experience, and support performance and culture initiatives whileensuring smooth HR operations.Location: Bangalore (WFO)Experience: 4–7 YearsDepartment: Human ResourcesIndustry: Digital Marketing / IT ServicesReports To: HR Manager / Leadership TeamKey ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (Primary Focus – 50–60%) Lead and support the hiring cycle for mid-level to senior roles across Digital Marketing,Tech, Admin, and Sales functions. Source candidates through job portals, references, internal databases, and talentcommunities. Conduct screening interviews and coordinate assessments and hiring discussions. Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring SLAs, and closure targets.HR Operations Oversee onboarding and induction, ensuring smooth employee integration. Support documentation including employment contracts, HRMS updates, and employeelifecycle records. Assist with attendance tracking, policy adherence, and HR compliance.Performance & People Management Coordinate quarterly performance review cycles and feedback discussions. Support competency mapping, evaluation communication, and documentation. Identify training and development needs in coordination with department heads.Employee Relations & Engagement Handle employee grievance queries and escalate when required. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and cultureinitiatives. Conduct regular one-on-one discussions and pulse check-ins.Required Skills & Competencies Proven HR experience with team handling exposure Strong recruitment experience in Digital Marketing / IT ecosystem Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Good understanding of HR tools, policies, and employee lifecycle processes Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under timelines Problem-solving mindset with a people-centric approachPreferred Qualifications MBA/Master’s in HR or related field Experience working in a startup or fast-paced agency environment Familiar with HRMS platforms, interview frameworks, and performance managementtoolsWhat You’ll Gain Opportunity to lead and grow HR function in a scaling organization Collaborative culture and exposure to leadership decision-making Clear growth pathway toward HR Manager role
