With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Job Title: Senior AI Developer (Agentic Applications)Experience: 4–10 yearsLocation: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, PuneNotice Period: Immediate–45 daysAbout the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Senior AI Developer with deep expertise in AI, GenAI, and autonomous agent frameworks. You will design, build, and deploy agentic applications that automate enterprise workflows, enhance decision-making, and deliver intelligent user experiences across domains such as HR, finance, healthcare, and recruitment.This role is highly technical and requires strong proficiency in Python, LLM ecosystems, cloud-native AI services, and enterprise integration.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy agentic AI applications using LLMs and agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).Build MCP-compatible servers and integrate agents with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HCM, APIs, internal services).Develop RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration flows, and autonomous agent workflows.Fine-tune models and optimize agent workflows for latency, accuracy, and reliability.Build and operationalize agent evaluation pipelines, scoring functions, and debugging workflows.Conduct functional, regression, adversarial, and performance testing.Implement observability, monitoring dashboards, and continuous feedback loops.Work closely with product managers, solution architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders.Participate in design discussions, demos, and technical walkthroughs.Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal AI capability development.Mandatory SkillsStrong proficiency in Python for backend and AI development.Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.Expertise in at least one cloud platform and corresponding GenAI services:AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, Cognito, SageMaker, Inferentia)Azure (Azure OpenAI, AI Studio)GCP (Vertex AI)Experience in building AI/ML systems, including GenAI agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration.Strong understanding of agent evaluation, scoring logic, and debugging tools.Experience integrating AI systems with MCP servers, REST APIs, enterprise data sources.Knowledge of vector databases, graph databases, and data ingestion pipelines.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for scalable deployment.Awareness of GDPR, CCPA, Responsible AI, bias mitigation, and explainability.Mandatory Certification: At least one AI/ML or Cloud AI certification from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Professional ML Engineer or Vertex AI certifications).Updated Preferred SkillsAdditional advanced certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies.Experience delivering large-scale enterprise AI solutions.
