DescriptionWSP is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and delivery-oriented candidate who has practical experience with Environment Data Management service. The Environment Data Management Consultant will assist with project teams to set-up pre-sampling database structure to Contaminated lands, Environmental Planning, and Environmental Impact Assessment, and other environmental investigations projects.ResponsibilitiesData Control and TabulationWork with project teams to set-up pre-sampling database structure (typically based on EQuIS) to incorporate field and laboratory dataConfigure EQuIS Enterprise Portals for project siteCoordinate with analytical laboratories on the delivery of analytical data EDDs through Laboratory Information Management SystemsPerform quality assurance/quality control checks on analytical data to confirm compliance with prescribed thresholds and limitsProvide tabular output of laboratory and field data in accordance with project requirementsBe responsible for product quality control with adherence to company standardsTeamwork and CollaborationWork with and support Contaminated Sites Group on data collection, management and visulizationCoordinate with GIS Technicians on the development of laboratory and field data (e.g. exceedance plots using GeoCallout software, plan view and/or cross-sectional figures of distribution using ArcGIS or similar platforms)Coordinate with GIS Technicians on the development of more complex project deliverablesReportingBe responsible for product quality control with adherence to company standardsPrepare project documentation, which could include tabulation of field data, interprepreparing large portions of the environmental data sections of letters and reportFile and manage all project related field notes and assistance with report preparationQualificationsBachelors or Masters of Engineering the Environmental domain, Degree in Civil Engineer, Environment Science, or other related field, or equivalent experience.BGV:Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification ("BGV") check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.Candidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process — including documents uploaded — is accurate and complete, both to WSP India and its BGV partner".
