Position Overview:
We are seeking a  Senior Physiotherapist  to lead and manage our team of physiotherapists. The ideal candidate will be an expert in at least one of our core departments, with a strong understanding or experience across other departments. This leadership role requires a professional with excellent management and communication skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, and the ability to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists across Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Neurology, Sports, and Women’s Health departments.
Provide expert physiotherapy services, specializing in one core area while being proficient in other departments.
Oversee the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring they meet the highest clinical standards.
Drive customer satisfaction through personalized care and exceptional service.
Mentor and guide junior physiotherapists to enhance their skills and professional growth.
Ensure seamless operations within the physiotherapy department, optimizing team performance and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to create a holistic treatment approach for patients.
Maintain and improve quality control systems, ensuring that all safety, hygiene, and legal standards are met.
Contribute to business growth by understanding the commercial aspects of physiotherapy services.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Master‘s degree in Physiotherapy  with specialization in  Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Neurology, Sports, or Women’s Health.
A minimum of  8-10 years of experience  in physiotherapy, with significant leadership or managerial responsibilities.
Comprehensive knowledge  across multiple physiotherapy disciplines.
Experience or prior training in Aqua Physiotherapy  is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Customer-first mindset  with a focus on enhancing the patient experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Business acumen  is a plus, with an understanding of how physiotherapy services impact operational performance.
Passionate about continuous professional development and improvement.
