Job Title: Healthcare RecruiterWe are seeking an experienced professional to fill a role in healthcare recruitment. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with clients and candidates across various regions.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing referrals through database mining, social media, and other channels.Pipeline management, prioritizing, building, and maintaining relationships while ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.Preparing checklists for bookings, managing candidate databases, and proactively resolving candidate queries and issues.Booking new and existing nurses, handling cancellations from clients and candidates, and managing stakeholder relationships with colleagues in compliance, sales, and payroll.Managing basic payroll queries, chasing missing timesheets, supporting rejected timesheets, releasing timesheets from NHSP, and making follow-up calls after the first shift to ensure service levels remain high.Developing client relationships and maximizing opportunities, as well as managing self-bookings.Required Skills:Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.Commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates.Graduate or undergraduate degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in international voice process/international recruitment may apply.Candidates must be willing to work in UK shifts.Immigration/Visa counselling experience is preferred.
