About the RoleAs a seasoned Data Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering ongoing support activities and project efforts as needed. This includes triaging identified issues across various platforms, integrations, and customer data hubs.Key Responsibilities:Triage and resolve API messages related to platform supportPerform CDH (Customer Data Hub) initial data loads and data cleanup using Postman, Python, SQL, Big Query SQL, and DatadogExtract Google Big Query data to support data analysis activitiesCollaborate with IT platform experts to drive resolution of data issuesMaintain user data and perform setup activitiesPartner with the data stewardship team to ensure robust data maintenance capabilities and business processes are working appropriatelyMonitor key performance indicators of the CDH solution to ensure data quality and established policies are working as expectedWhat We Are Looking ForWe are seeking an experienced professional with active experience in master data management applications, including data extract and load tools, user maintenance, data analysis, and basic system configuration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Big Query, Data Dog, Postman, and Tableau, as well as proficiency in delivering and supporting cloud-based solutions.A fundamental understanding of REST API integration along with JSON is required. Experience with scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, and knowledge of data governance principles are also essential. Additionally, we are looking for a strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills, who can collaborate effectively within a team to deliver exceptional customer results.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with data lakes, ETL, and data analytics solutions, such as Big Query and Tableau, is a plus. Experience in the health sciences, specifically knowledge of customer journeys and business workflows in a healthcare-regulated environment, is highly valued.
