Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of People & Culture Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the employee experience and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist / people-ops experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies. If you have experience managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration and compliance, this could be the ideal position for you.Responsibilities:Drive High-Touch Onboarding and Offboarding ExperiencesOrganize Engagement, Recognition & Culture Programmes and EventsAnswer Employee Queries and NeedsFoster a Culture of Inclusion, Transparency and High EngagementKey Responsibilities Include:Employee ExperienceDrive high-touch onboarding and offboarding experiences; ensure every joiner and leaver feels supportedOrganize and run engagement, recognition & culture programmes and events (virtual & in-person) that boost belonging and retentionAnswer all employee queries and needs - onboarding, documentation, policies, benefits, etc.Assist in fostering a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement.HR Operational ExcellenceAssist in continuously improving how we use HR Tools to automate routine, repetitive tasks.Manage employee data, documentation and lifecycle updates in all HR tools.Execute internal policy around company asset and data management to ensure secure, frictionless access and accountability from day one to day done.Assist in payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, and benefits administration.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operational workflows, including contract generation, background verification, compliance, and audits.Support Strategic People ProjectsPartner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Assist in performance review cycles, engagement surveys, employee communications, learning initiatives, and process documentation.Contribute to process improvements, knowledge base creation, and HR automation projects.Generate people-analytics dashboards and reports, use data to spot trends and recommend action.RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist / people-ops experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companiesExperience managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration and complianceExcellent people analytics skillsBenefitsWhy Work With Us?Flexible Work Arrangements - work from anywhereBig Impact - a lean team where your work visibly shapes our futureLots of Learning - we're scaling fast, and you'll grow with usPeople & Culture - join an open, supportive, globally diverse communityGreat Benefits - tailored for professional growth, productivity, health, and wealth
