Consultant Management SpecialistAbout this role:The Consultant Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of consultant programs, ensuring successful redeployment, compliance, and engagement across multiple client accounts.This specialist will manage consultants throughout the assignment lifecycle, monitor timesheet activity to ensure maximum allowable hours, and partner with internal teams to minimize bench time and increase utilization.This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrated success managing consultant relationships and compliance processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage consultant assignments from start to finishEnsure timely and accurate timesheet submissionCollaborate with internal teams to optimize consultant utilizationServe as primary contact for consultants, providing regular communication and career guidanceMaintain compliance with employment regulations and company policiesRequirements:2+ years of experience in workforce management or similar fieldStrong understanding of labor laws and regulationsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationshipsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsBenefits:This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
