Industrialization Specialist RoleLead Industrialization of Switch ProductsAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the industrialization of switch products, ensuring seamless transition from design to manufacturing. This involves developing robust and cost-effective manufacturing processes while maintaining product quality and reliability.Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability of switches (modular, non-modular, smart switches, etc.)Define and optimize manufacturing processes, including tooling, assembly lines, automation, and testing proceduresConduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments for production scalabilityEnsure compliance with relevant standards for manufacturing processesWork closely with suppliers and production teams to establish a reliable supply chain and production flowDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectivenessImplement new materials, technologies, and automation techniques to improve efficiencyDevelop and oversee pilot runs, ensuring smooth transition from prototype to mass productionCollaborate with quality assurance teams to enhance product reliability and minimize defectsManage project timelines, budgets, and resources for industrialization initiativesTrain and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and process excellenceRequired Skills and Qualifications• 10+ years of experience in industrialization or manufacturing of switches or similar electrical products• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling design, and automation• Experience in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and lean manufacturing• Proficiency in industrial software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent• Exposure to new product industrialization (NPI) and lifecycle managementBenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative switch products.
