Job OverviewLinguistic quality analysts are crucial for assessing AI-generated content to ensure high-quality model performance. As a linguistic quality analyst, you will evaluate AI outputs in Telugu, identify harmful or toxic content, and compare and score responses according to project guidelines.Main Responsibilities:Evaluate AI-generated outputs in Telugu and transliterated formats (Tenglish)Flag harmful, toxic, or sensitive content, including subtle or context-dependent casesCompare and score AI model responses as per project guidelinesCategorize toxicity types, such as harassment, hate speech, and abusive expressionsProvide short explanations for flagged items where requiredMaintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards throughout the evaluationSkill Requirements & Qualifications:Proficiency in Telugu and EnglishMinimum 1 year of experience in content moderation, linguistic evaluation, data annotation, content writing, or related fieldsStrong understanding of Telugu cultural nuances, dialects, slang, and sensitive expressionsAble to detect toxicity in both Telugu script and transliterated formats (Tenglish)Excellent analytical, evaluation, and attention-to-detail skillsPrior experience in moderation, LQA, or annotation is preferred
