They will work closely with our business and technical teams to design, configure, and implement OTM solutions that meet business requirements.The successful candidate will develop and support integrations between ERP and OTM systems, ensuring data consistency and process automation.They will troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple systems, providing expert-level support to ensure seamless operations.This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.The OTM integration specialist will create and maintain Automation Agents and workflow processes within OTM, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.Key Responsibilities:Design and Configure OTM Solutions: Develop OTM configurations to align with business requirements.Develop and Support Integrations: Create and maintain integrations between ERP and OTM systems.Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve integration issues across multiple systems.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with business and technical teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality implementations.Maintain Automation Agents and Workflow Processes: Create and maintain Automation Agents and workflow processes within OTM.Required Skills:Strong experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).Hands-on experience with ERP integrations involving OTM.Strong understanding of Automation Agents, business process automation, and workflow configuration in OTM.
