We're Hiring: Backend Developer (Functional Programming Experience a Plus) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: ₹60,000–₹90,000 per month(Probation: 50% of agreed salary) Required Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js Experience building & integrating GraphQL / REST APIs Proficiency with Postman for API testing Hands-on experience with NoSQL & SQL databases Comfortable with functional programming paradigms Experience using Swagger for API documentation Knowledge of Jest for backend testing Familiarity with authentication frameworks (JWT, OAuth, Passport.js, etc.) Basic exposure to infra tools (Docker, Jenkins, AWS, Azure, GCP) Nice-to-Have Skills Strong understanding of backend architecture & system design Experience with performance optimisation & high-scale systems Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps pipelines Contributions to open-source or personal backend projects Experience with microservices or event-driven architecture What We're Looking For Strong team collaborator with clear communication Passion for clean, maintainable, well-documented code Proactive problem solver able to debug and optimise complex logic Comfortable working closely with frontend teams for API integration Takes ownership & delivers high-quality results Open to feedback and continuous learning Responsibilities Develop robust backend logic, APIs, and services Collaborate with frontend teams for seamless API integration Write scalable, efficient, and functional server-side code Document APIs using Swagger & maintain clear technical references Conduct thorough testing with Jest to ensure stability Manage database schemas, performance, and data integrity Continuously monitor, profile, and optimise backend performance How to ApplyIf you're interested, please apply here: Backend Developer Role – Apply on Notion:https://willeder.notion.site/Backend-87e36ff243e446139c159c19f63a951d?pvs=74
