About Us:We offer a holistic approach to hair care with personalized consultations and a range of products combining Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition.Our unique platform diagnoses the patient's hair & health history to identify the root cause behind hair fall and delivers customized hair kits right at their doorstep.We have a strong adherence system in place via medically-trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, guiding customers across their hair growth journey and helping them stay on track.We aim to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatise it while empathising with customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact, and combine 3 different sciences to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.About the Role:To provide virtual consultations to patients with the highest level of empathy and professionalism, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction throughout their healthcare journey.Key Responsibilities:Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls to check treatment progress, address concerns, and provide support as a part of their healthcare journey.Take ownership of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by your manager, which will include but not limited to targets for the number of call attempts made and the number of completed consultation calls each day.Follow established communication and script guidelines during all customer interactions, ensuring a consistent, high-empathy experience and meeting our service and quality standards.Conduct detailed consultations to gather patient history and accurately diagnose illnesses.Prescribe medications and recommend treatments based on homeopathic principles and the established line of treatment.Develop and implement personalized care plans to address individual patient needs.Provide follow-up care, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.Counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices, emphasizing proper nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle changes.Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to quality care.Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of patient diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-ups in the system.Escalate complex cases to dermatologists or other specialists as required for further evaluation.Requirements :BAMS degree from a recognized institution.Valid medical registration/license if applicable.
