About usLead AI/ML Engineer RoleYou spearhead the development, implementation and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning models.As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include:Understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions.Conducting demonstrations, workshops and preparing estimates in line with customer budgets.Oversighting the development and deployment of AI models.Coding, designing, developing, implementing and deploying advanced AI solutions using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark and Keras.Utilizing expertise in NLP, Python programming, LLMs, Deep Learning and AI principles to drive innovation.Leading projects and contributing to organizational initiatives to provide high-quality solutions.Developing strategies to help clients innovate, drive growth and increase profitability.Staying informed about the latest technologies and industry trends.Key Skills and QualificationsHands-on experience in NLP, Computer Vision, programming and related concepts.Leadership: Capable of leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers and researchers.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in implementing and optimizing advanced AI solutions.LLM Experience: Experience with Large Language Models like GPT 3.5 and GPT 4 along with experience in LLM integration frameworks.Deep Learning OCR: Extensive experience implementing solutions using Deep Learning OCR algorithms.Neural Networks: Working knowledge of Artificial Neural Networks, Convolutional Neural Networks and Recurrent Neural Networks.Python Expertise: Strong coding skills in Python including related frameworks, best practices and design patterns.RequirementsBachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.8+ years in IT with a focus on AI/ML practices and background.
