Job Title: Software Development LeadThis role involves leading complex engineering projects, platforms, and marketplaces for our clients using emerging technologies. You will be at the forefront of technology advancements, constantly learning and being trained to adapt to new trends and tools.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable software solutions with a focus on delivering high-quality code and meeting project requirements.Lead teams of Full Stack Developers in Agile development environments, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.Develop and implement serverless applications on AWS, leveraging services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability and best practices.Maintain and improve existing software systems, identifying areas for optimization and implementing improvements.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the organization.RequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership role.Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and architectures.Proficiency in languages such as React, JavaScript, or TypeScript, with experience in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools, and understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Work EnvironmentWe offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
