Job OverviewThe Data Analyst Intern will work closely with the paid ads and growth team. This role focuses on tracking, analyzing, and optimizing marketing performance across platforms to improve ROAS, CAC, and conversions.Analyze paid marketing data across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.Track end-to-end funnel metrics (Leads → Trials → Enrollments → Revenue).Build and maintain performance dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / Looker Studio / Power BI).Monitor CAC, ROAS, CPL, conversion rates, and cohort performance.Identify winning creatives, audiences, and funnels using data.Support A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and offers.Create daily/weekly performance reports with clear insights and action points.Flag anomalies and performance drops early. Key ResponsibilitiesTo succeed in this role, you should have:Paid advertising expertise.Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.Strong organizational skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
