Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties.Prioritizing facilities needs and working closely with facility managers to ensure smooth operations, maintenance, and administrative functions are covered.Continuously improving processes and ensuring that all facilities have adequate supplies and materials to operate efficiently.Routine site inspections and critical area checks.Responsibility for tickets raised and tracked within Service Level Agreements (SLA).Shift-wise monitoring and updating stock records.Vendor management and on-site coordination.Coordination with the Landlord's team and Site Facility Management team for daily activities.Managing material BOQs and preparations if required.Managing manpower deployments and inventory management/store management.Ensuring upkeep of the facility and preparation of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.Energy consumption data management and weekly/monthly FM & LL Maintenance of Records.Incident reporting/records and tracker management.PPM calendar schedules management and record-keeping of Technical equipment data sheets, manpower, and vendor details.Daily briefings with the M&E team and observations/closures.Record-keeping of PPM & Service reports and updates with the PPM planner.Work permits issuance and gate pass/material movements.Providing data and reports to clients as required.Time-to-time checking of logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers.Time-to-time training for the M&E teams.M&E team attendance and records.Shift jobs and 6 days working.
