Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Company: Trijit Technologies Pvt Ltd

Location: Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore

Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Saturday


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

o Hands-on sourcing of candidates.

o Conducting the first round of interviews.

2. Attendance Management:

o Monitoring and managing employee attendance records.

3. Leave Management:

o Handling employee leave requests and maintaining leave records.

4. Payroll Coordination:

o Coordinating with the finance department for payroll processing.

5. Employee Onboarding:

o Managing the onboarding process for new hires.

o Preparing and managing necessary documentation.

o Conducting induction programs for new employees.

6. Employee Exit Formalities:

o Managing the exit process for departing employees, including documentation and exit interviews.


Requirements:

 Proven experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to manage and lead a team.

 Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
