Post-Production SpecialistWe are executing a large-scale video-generation and editing project for a global client. Our team is producing 400 short human-created videos with diverse genres, edits, and cinematic styles.The role of the Post-Production Specialist is to create and edit short 10-second videos as per supplied scripts/prompts. The editor must deliver high-quality videos that meet professional production standards in terms of lighting, camera realism, sound, color, and compositing.Key Responsibilities:Create and edit short 10-second videos based on supplied scripts/promptsDeliver local edits (object/character change, attribute modification, insertion/removal) and global edits (background, lighting, environmental, or stylistic)Ensure every video includes realistic audio tracks and sound FX synced with motionMaintain metadata: script, timestamps of edits, and diarized transcriptUphold five quality pillars - face morphing, motion realism, text rendering, shot-cut coherence, and multi-object interactionRequired Skills & Experience:Minimum 3 years professional experience in video production/editing or post-productionProficiency with Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/DaVinci Resolve/After EffectsStrong understanding of cinematic principles - camera angles, lensing, lighting, and continuityAbility to perform complex frame-level edits (object insertion, rotoscoping, compositing, color grading, background replacement)Familiarity with audio mixing and Foley/SFX creationProven record of delivering broadcast-quality or branded content within tight deadlines
