Job Role: Software Development SpecialistOur organization seeks an accomplished Software Development Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for facilitating interactions with customers to comprehend their needs, conducting thorough system debugging, and providing comprehensive software operating manuals.Establish a rapport with customers to determine their requirements, assess feasibility, and communicate project details to the R&D team.Collaborate with customers in joint system debugging sessions and undertake standalone equipment system debugging until project completion.Deliver the software operating manual to on-site service engineers while considering new requirements.Identify and mitigate potential project risks such as delays or scope changes, develop contingency measures, and report critical issues to leadership in a timely manner.Maintain proactive client communication through regular progress updates, address operational issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction, and conduct project retrospectives to refine delivery methodologies.Key Requirements:A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Professional experience in software project management, proficiency in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.Advanced problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under high-pressure environments.Strong analytical abilities, and able to provide recommendations and solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and good interpersonal skills.Proven experience working with colleagues located in different parts of the world, willingness to undertake frequent travels as required.This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the success of our organization by leveraging their technical expertise and soft skills.
