Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, computer vision, and deep learning. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning systems that can handle large amounts of data.The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust machine learning models that meet the business requirements. They will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the deployed models.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable machine learning systems that can handle large amounts of dataDevelop and deploy robust machine learning models that meet business requirementsWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of deployed modelsContribute to the development of engineering standards and best practicesRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:Deep expertise in Python and at least one major ML framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)Strong proficiency in building, training, and optimizing deep learning modelsProven experience in applying ML techniques to computer vision, OCR, or NLP problems, ideally at scale and in latency-sensitive environmentsStrong understanding of ML system design, including model evaluation, A/B testing, continuous training, and monitoring in productionSolid engineering fundamentals — data structures, system design, version control, and testing — with a history of writing clean, maintainable, and scalable codeExperience with modern infrastructure tools and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS/GCP)Preferred AttributesThe following attributes would be beneficial for this role:Working familiarity with additional programming languages (e.g., Go, Java, or Scala)Experience operating within regulated industries (fintech, healthtech, etc.)Active contributor to open source, research publications, or public tech community
