We are seeking a DataStage Developer to join our dynamic IT Data Team If you are a motivated individual with a passion for leading ETL development and enhancing data processes, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

️ Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of ETL developers, performing root cause analysis and crafting effective solutions for existing issues.
- Identify gaps in current processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives to automate tasks and enhance application stability.
- Collaborate closely with business teams, BAs, and project teams to analyze requirements and design robust ETL solutions.
- Develop, unit test, and deploy DataStage applications while enhancing delivery standards, tools, and processes.
- Perform code analysis and modifications within DataStage, ensuring high performance and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

- 6+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years specializing in DataStage and data warehouse applications.
- Expertise in SQL and Oracle DB, with hands-on experience in a minimum of 3 full DataStage implementation projects.
- Proven ability to manage large data sets across various source and target systems, including flat files, XML, Excel, and mainframes.
- Strong understanding of ETL and Data Warehousing concepts, with a keen eye for performance tuning and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

- Familiarity with other ETL tools (e.g., SAS) and experience with Oracle Exadata or Big Data.
- Knowledge of IBM Information Governance Catalog, including data governance, metadata management, and data security.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
