Finance Operations Lead PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Lead to oversee and manage our daily bank reconciliation processes, ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns, handle vendor payment processing and reconciliation, and conduct SEZ-specific audit requirements.Key Responsibilities:Bank Reconciliation: Oversee and manage daily bank reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Taxation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns, monitor tax liabilities, and maintain compliance with government regulations.Vendor Management: Handle end-to-end vendor payment processing and reconciliation, maintain vendor records, and resolve payment-related issues.Auditing (SEZ): Conduct and manage SEZ-specific audit requirements, prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with SEZ rules and regulations.Qualifications:CA is mandatory.Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.Proficient in accounting tools and MS Excel.This role requires a strong understanding of financial operations, taxation laws, and auditing practices.
