Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled SDET IV to join our team and help us drive the quality strategy for our cutting-edge Conversational AI platform.As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced test automation frameworks to ensure the robustness, scalability, and delightfulness of our AI-driven solutions for millions of users worldwide.This is not just about writing test scripts; it's about owning quality end-to-end. You will collaborate closely with our AI engineers, product teams, and platform architects to embed quality into every layer of our Agentic AI platform.You will tackle complex challenges at the intersection of AI and fintech, including testing real-time interactions, ensuring the reliability of our Voice models and APIs, and solving ambiguous, high-stakes problems with a structured, innovative approach.Required Skills and QualificationsAt least 7+ years in software testing, with 4+ years as an SDET building automation frameworks in a product or platform environment.High proficiency in Java (or similar languages like Python) for test automation, with deep knowledge of design patterns and reusable components.Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber, or equivalents.Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and real-time systems (e.g., WebSockets, server-sent events).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Github Actions) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).AI/Fintech Edge: Exposure to testing AI/ML systems (e.g., LLM, NLP, Chatbots) or fintech applications is a big plus.Leadership skills: proven ability to lead initiatives, mentor teams, and drive cross-team collaboration with compassion and clarity.Problem-solving: knack for tackling ambiguous, high-stakes challenges with a structured, innovative approach.Communication: excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.BenefitsRemote-first culture – Work from anywhere, with top-tier colleagues.Be at the forefront of AI innovation – Build game-changing products that shape the financial industry.High ownership, high impact – Your work will define the future of banking.Comprehensive benefits – We take care of our people.OthersReady to make a meaningful impact?
