Our audience spans undergraduates, graduates (BS/MS), PhD scholars, postdocs, and faculty, so sessions should balance conceptual depth with practical application.ResponsibilitiesPropose a focused workshop (2–5 days; ~1.5 hrs/day) with clear learning outcomesPrepare slides/demos, datasets, or case studies; provide references/readingTeach live on Zoom; engage Q&A and short activitiesShare post-session materials (slides/notes/problem sets)Coordinate with our team on schedule, promotion, and certificatesOptional: set a small assignment or demo for hands-on learningMinimum QualificationsPhD in Chemistry or an interdisciplinary field with strong chemistry relevanceProven expertise (publications, patents, industry track record, or teaching experience)Clear communication; comfort with online teaching toolsPreference for instructors with real-world case studies or applied projectsCompensationHonorarium + performance-based share (participant-driven), negotiated per workshopCertificates issued to participants; co-branding available for instructorsHow to Apply Send a brief proposal (title, 3–5 learning outcomes, 3–6 bullet syllabus, preferred dates, short bio) and links to Google Scholar/ORCID/portfolio.
