Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled AI Security Lead to establish and govern security best practices across our AI, Data, and Digital portfolios.This role involves building the AI security foundation for the organization, defining frameworks, ensuring compliance, and guiding the secure design and deployment of AI products.Build and Lead AI Security Function: Design and implement the organization's AI security strategy, governance model, and operational practices.Secure AI Product Lifecycle: Ensure security controls and compliance throughout the AI solution lifecycle—from model development, data handling, deployment, and monitoring to production support.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Data, Digital, and Infrastructure Security teams to embed AI security within broader enterprise security frameworks.Governance & Compliance: Define policies to address the ethical, legal, and regulatory aspects of AI solutions, ensuring responsible AI deployment.AI Risk & Insurance: Evaluate and establish AI insurance mechanisms to safeguard organizational interests against AI-related risks.Security Best Practices: Develop and socialize secure development and operational practices for AI and ML systems.Leadership: Mentor a small, high-performing horizontal team, influencing security posture across business units.Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with product and engineering leaders to proactively identify and mitigate AI-specific threats.Key Responsibilities:Achieve alignment between business stakeholders on AI security strategyDevelop metrics to measure the success of AI security initiativesEvaluate and recommend AI security tools and technologiesCultivate partnerships between IT and business functions to drive AI security adoptionImplement effective incident response and crisis management proceduresSpearhead AI security awareness training and education programsRequirements:Deep knowledge of AI/ML and software developmentExperience in security architecture, risk management, and threat modelingStrong leadership skills and ability to mentor a cross-functional teamFamiliarity with industry trends and emerging technologiesAbility to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutionsEffective communication and collaboration skillsResults-driven and customer-focused mindsetThe ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to succeed in this critical role.
