About Our RoleWe are seeking a Product Security Engineer to join our team and drive security initiatives across product design, development, and deployment.This role requires leading and participating in security design reviews and threat modeling sessions with cross-functional teams. Conduct black-box penetration testing and source code reviews for flagship services, partner applications, and internal tools.Key Responsibilities include:Performing product and cloud security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies;Developing and maintaining security tools and automation to improve detection, prevention, and response capabilities;Collaborating with engineering and product teams to triage and review security bugs and incidents;Driving infrastructure security assessments and contributing to overall security posture improvements;Education Requirements:A Master's degree in Computer Science, Security Informatics, Engineering, or a related field is required. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the same fields with at least five years of experience is also acceptable.Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have expertise in Threat Modeling, Penetration Testing, and Code Reviews. Experience conducting Product Security Assessments and Cloud Security Assessments is essential. Proficiency in DAST and SAST tools, hands-on experience with Burp Suite, and strong programming skills in Java and/or other languages are necessary.Familiarity with Infrastructure Security Assessments, ability to perform Security Bug Triages and Reviews, and experience in Security Tools Development are preferred. Industry certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, or CEH are also desirable. Experience working in agile development environments, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices are an added advantage.Benefits:This role offers competitive compensation and benefits package.
