Artificial Intelligence SpecialistWe are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As an AI specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and iterating LLM-powered workflows from prompt design and evaluation to scalable backend integration.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom). They will also have proficiency in Python, building RESTful services, and writing clean, tested code.About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work on production-grade AI workflows and agentic applications that power real user experiences. You will be collaborating with product and engineering teams to ship features end-to-end.Your Responsibilities:Design, build, and iterate LLM-powered workflowsImplement agentic apps that plan, call tools/APIs, and maintain state across tasksBuild RAG pipelines: data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, and latency-optimized retrievalOwn prompt engineering & evaluationProductionize models/workflows with observabilityShip backend services and APIs integrating with data stores and vector DBsCollaborate with PM/Design to translate requirements into reliable, user-facing featuresSkills and Qualifications:Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom)Python proficiency; building RESTful services, writing clean, tested codeExperience with RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant), embeddingsUnderstanding of agent patterns (tool calling, planning/execution, memory) and workflow enginesFamiliarity with prompt design, safety/guardrails, and evaluation frameworksBasics of cloud & deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Git, CI/CDStrong debugging mindsetNice-to-Have Skills:FastAPI/Flask, Celery/queues; streaming UIsModel fine-tuning/LoRA, dataset curation, prompt-cache strategiesMonitoring/tracing (LangSmith, Weights & Biases, OpenTelemetry)Frontend basics (React/Next.js) to collaborate on UXData privacy, PII redaction, and security best practices
