About the Graphic Design Role:We are hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to lead visual identity and creative direction for client projects.The responsibilities include designing comprehensive brand identities, packaging design, social media content creation + ad creative development, delivering high-quality designs, handling revisions promptly, coordinating with stakeholders for final outputs, and managing multiple projects with consistent quality.Key Qualifications:A strong portfolio showcasing expertise across branding, social media content, digital campaigns, print design, and motion graphics.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign figma.Sharp visual instincts with a deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.Ability to translate concepts into impactful visual stories, conveying abstract ideas through well-executed designs.Familiarity with AI design tools (Google).Strong communication skills for discussing creative directions with teams, with the ability to support or guide junior designers when needed.Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting quickly to evolving briefs.
