About the RoleThis position is responsible for creating and editing video content that supports marketing initiatives.Video Production:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and strategies that align with the overall marketing goals.Capture and edit high-quality video footage for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and more.Experience with videography / on-site video production.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure that video content maintains a consistent and on-brand style, tone, and messaging. This includes:Editing and post-production:Edit and assemble raw footage, ensuring seamless transitions, clean audio, and compelling visuals.Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects as needed to enhance video content.Optimize video content for various platforms and devices, considering aspect ratios, resolutions, and file formats.Content ManagementOrganize and maintain a library of video assets, ensuring easy access and efficient retrieval for future projects.Quality AssuranceReview and proof video content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with branding guidelines.RequirementsBachelor's degree in film production, digital media, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).Ability to work in graphic design tools like illustrator and photoshop proficiently.Knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).Preferred SkillsExperience with color correction and color grading.Knowledge of audio editing and sound design.Familiarity with video SEO best practices.
