Lead Generative AI DeveloperThis is a challenging role where you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge generative artificial intelligence models and systems.Your expertise will contribute to creating AI-powered solutions that generate high-quality clinically relevant texts while pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products that reshape healthcare industries and user experiences.This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and generative modeling techniques.To be successful, you should:Have 3+ years of full-time industry experience.Have hands-on experience in contemporary AI, such as training generative AI models like LLMs and image-to-text models, improving upon pre-trained models, evaluating these models, feedback loop etc.Have specialized expertise in model fine-tuning, RLHF, RAG, LLM tool use, etc.Have experience with LLM prompt engineering and familiarity with LLM-based workflows/architectures.Have proficiency in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Transformer, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Vertex AI or similar platforms.Have to collaborate with software engineers to integrate generative models into production systems.
