Litigation Data Analyst

Job DescriptionAs a data analyst in the litigation support field, you will work with e-discovery tools to manage and analyze large datasets. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.You will be part of a team responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading data into hosted platforms.Strong technical aptitude is required, particularly in areas such as SQL and Microsoft Office.You will provide exceptional customer service through technical assistance via phone, email, and screen shares.ResponsibilitiesYou will:Establish databases and configure permissions for client use prior to providing credentials.Investigate client inquiries regarding matter-related issues, including printing, search results, and technical problems.Pick up tasks from the internal task management system while adhering to internal SLA's.Attend regular team meetings and company-wide town halls.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must possess:A Bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience (3+ years).Strong knowledge of e-discovery tools, especially Relativity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work instructions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
