Job Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide technical expertise in resolving complex computer systems and software issues.The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, including knowledge of PCs, networks, operating systems, databases, telephony, software applications, and ACDs. They will also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve routine problems.This role involves providing remote technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products, and engaging additional resources when necessary.Key Responsibilities:Determine customer needs and develop effective solutions.Document and verify reported problems.Utilize available tools, resources, and documentation to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Communicate effectively with management, peers, and account teams to support customer success.Requirements:Minimum 2+ years relevant work experience supporting customers in a technical environment or commensurate college-level coursework.Excellent customer communication skills, including passing an English proficiency test.Ability to learn complex software tools quickly.Passing a background check may be required.Work Environment:Primarily sitting for long periods of time.Sometime travel, after-hours, or on-call work may be required.Shift flexibility, including weekends, may be necessary.
