Are you a skilled AI professional looking to elevate your career?We're seeking a talented Senior Generative AI Engineer/AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing modernization projects using cutting-edge Unity AI-powered solutions.Your primary objective will be to develop and implement advanced generative AI applications, leveraging graph databases and retrieval systems to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Execute modernization projects using Unity AI-powered solutionsDevelop generative AI applicationsDesign and implement graph databases and retrieval systemsDeploy and scale agentic workloads via cloud servicesEnsure p95 latency targets and track quality, cost, and latencyRequirements:To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:3-5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning beyond academiaExperience building production LLM or multi-agent systemsPractical proficiency with graph databases (e.g., TigerGraph, Neo4j) and graph-based retrieval (e.g., GraphRAG)Deep experience with one or more: LangGraph, AutoGen 0.4, Llamalndex AgentWorkflow, ag2, strands agentsRetrieval for agents: Opensearch plus TigerGraph and GraphRAG patterns for global reasoningObservability: Langfuse or Phoenix with OpenTelemetryServing: Deploy and scale agentic workloads via AWS Fargate, Step Functions, and LambdasInteroperability: Model Context Protocol (MCP) for tool and data accessExperience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP): ECS, Step Functions, LambdaPreferred Qualifications:In addition to the above requirements, we're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:Agent developmentData privacyFine tuning LLMsLLMOpsML evaluationModel decay and data drift detection and handlinglac: Pulumi, Terraform, and/or Cloud SDKsSecurityVector databasesWork Environment:This is a non-client-facing role, reporting to the AppMod Specialist.
