This role requires someone who is passionate about people, has excellent communication skills and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition and ManagementDevelop and execute strategies for identifying, attracting and retaining top talent across the organization.Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted plans to meet those needs.Implement effective onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a positive and productive experience.Employee Engagement and ExperienceDesign and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention and overall well-being.Develop and maintain open lines of communication with employees, encouraging feedback and ensuring concerns are addressed promptly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a positive and inclusive work environment.Organizational Development and GrowthSupport the development of organizational policies and procedures that promote employee growth and engagement.Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address these opportunities.Monitor and report on key metrics related to employee engagement, retention and overall organizational performance.
