1. Focus on innovation and new techniques to penetrate the market, profit optimization to meet the budget
2. Achieve budgeted sales and revenue targets by building pipeline of new customers and maintain key account relationships to build repeat businesses
3. Retention of existing accounts, developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers
4. Maximize profitability through focus on Cash Flow Management and timely payment collections as per agreement
5. Ensure conversion of leads through various channels
6. Align customer requirements to our delivery systems and handover meetings with Operations
7. Compliance and adherence to operating procedures defined in MICE operations
8. Build brand value by demonstrating professional practices
9. Ensure client collections are as per the agreed terms and conditions, cash flow management
10. Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
11. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing
customized solutions
12. Updating sales funnel and participates in regular sales reviews in conjunction with the senior
key account management
13. Regular updating of the information / data on the business system for MIS and follow laid
down processes under the sales function of MICE Business
