- Role - Network Support Engineer
- Location - Bengaluru, India
- Required Tech Stack - Routing, Switching, Wireless, Network Design & Deployment, Layer 1–4 Troubleshooting, Infrastructure as Code, API Automation, Customer-Facing Networking
- YOE - 3+ years of experience in a network engineering role, not general IT support
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across all layers (Layer 1–4)
- Manage and support remote customer networks
- Configure and maintain Routing, Switching, and Wireless Networks
- Identify, document, and escalate product bugs
- Create feature requests based on customer feedback
- Use Infrastructure as Code and API automation for network tasks
- Share expertise and mentor team members to build technical depth
Requirements for the role :
- 3+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
- Strong expertise in Routing, Switching, and Wireless Networks across diverse environments
- Experience trouble shooting and managing networks across all layers (Layer 1–4)
- Background in Network Design, Deployment, and supporting complex customer networks
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, API automation, and light programming for network tasks
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Networking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to mentor, document processes, and collaborate with teams.
