Investment Credit Analyst PositionWe are looking for a skilled Investment Credit Analyst to join our client's investment team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing and underwriting debt investment opportunities across various industries and instruments.The successful candidate will build robust financial and credit models to assess company performance, cash flows, leverage, and repayment capacity.He or she will conduct thorough due diligence, including financial reviews, covenant analysis, and sector benchmarking.Additionally, the analyst will draft clear, data-backed investment memos for the client's investment committee.They will track macroeconomic indicators and interest rate trends relevant to portfolio performance.The analyst will also monitor existing investments and update reports on credit health, performance metrics, and risk exposure.Finally, they will support deal documentation, legal coordination, and transaction closing processes.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is required.A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, structured finance, or corporate lending is expected.Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are necessary.Strong knowledge of credit documentation, cash flow modeling, and debt structuring is essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.Self-motivation and strong analytical judgment are also necessary.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience with private credit, mezzanine, or distressed debt investments is preferred.Familiarity with U.S. credit markets, loan agreements, and covenant frameworks is desirable.Experience supporting cross-border or emerging market transactions is an asset.Additional DetailsThe ideal candidate should be immediately available to start.The role is remote, but aligned to U.S. working hours.
