Senior Tax AssociateWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our esteemed tax team.Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns for general contractors, subcontractors, and developers.Analyze percentage-of-completion (POC) and completed-contract methods for accurate tax treatment.Handle depreciation schedules and Section 179/bonus depreciation related to heavy equipment and fixed assets.Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform multi-state apportionment analysis and nexus determination for construction entities operating across jurisdictions.Assist in preparation of K-1s, tax basis calculations, and reconciliation of book-to-tax differences for construction clients.Communicate with U.S. engagement teams to resolve open items and clarify construction-specific tax positions.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, analyzing data, and communicating with clients.RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in tax preparation and analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
