Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Tester to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation frameworks, test strategies, and tools, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage automated testing processes to ensure robust and scalable testing of our applications.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Analyze project requirements and collaborate with development and QA teams to understand features and create effective test cases.
- Execute automation test scripts and report on results, tracking software defects and ensuring timely resolution.
- Optimize and expand automation frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in test strategies and methodologies.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous delivery of high-quality releases.
- Conduct performance, load, and regression testing, and report detailed findings.
- Mentor junior QA team members and share knowledge on best practices in automation testing.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2-6 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation Testing.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for test script development.
- Proficiency with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Solid experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker) and integration of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage test frameworks and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with API testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
- Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Strong understanding of test data management, test environment setup, and mock data generation.
